It all seems to be working, as David Weekly Homes reports a customer satisfaction rate of around 96%, which is phenomenal for any company, let alone a home building organization, where clients can sometimes be fickle. That’s because David’s employees know how to listen, and aren’t afraid to change up on customization when there are specific quality concerns as it pertains to their clients. This is a far cry from many builders, who have their style of home and the materials they always use and that’s that. David’s philosophy is that if they can get it right for the client the first time, not only will they potentially receive business from people they’re recommended to, but follow up business when the needs of that client change. David Weekly Homes, based in the Houston area, is about people first; check them out to see if they build homes where you live. Jayson Gibson |
