Another problem that homeowners may find is that they don't use all the rooms in their home and so may not have enough furniture to effectively show buyers what potential the rooms have. Prospective buyers in an empty house are forced to use their imaginations to see how they might use these empty spaces, which often results in a lack of interest in your home. Entire empty houses are even harder for a prospective buyer to feel at home in as it's really just a big empty shell. Whether you work with a stager or not, consider renting updated furniture from either a reputable rental agency or a staging company to help showcase your home and show off its best assets.
