Families move to Northeast Ann Arbor for the diverse employment options and picturesque countryside. There are several lovely neighborhood subdivisions that offer opportunity for investment, especially considering the growth taking place in this area with the new law school. There is Ann Arbor Parkview, Arbor Hills, Fleming Creek, Glennborough, Mystic Forest, Pinebrook Estates, The Ridge, Trillium Woods, Meadowinds, Matthaei Farms, Townsley Farms and Geddes Glen. Condo developments include Laurel Gardens Condominiums, The Arbors Condominiums, Northside Glen Condominiums, Northside Ridge Condominiums, Ashford Place Condominiums, Barclay Park Condominiums, Earhart Village. All communities would be ideal investments for students planning to attend college, parents who are paying for student housing, or investors looking at properties as rentals or for resale at a later date. Area businesses are doing well and offer commercial opportunities for investors. Lots, buildings, and buildable land are available at an affordable rate. With the growth in this area, it is likely that property values will continue to increase. Kristine Squiers |
